Israel Bans 37 Gaza Aid Groups, Deepening Humanitarian Crisis

Israel will ban 37 aid organizations from working in Gaza starting Thursday. The groups can only avoid the ban if they provide detailed information about their Palestinian staff members. The United Nations and European Union have strongly criticized this new rule. Several non-governmental organizations (NGOs) told AFP the policy will severely disrupt shipments of food and medicine.
