Russian officials say their air defenses intercepted drone attacks early Tuesday. The incidents occurred over the Moscow region, several western areas, and the occupied Crimean Peninsula.
Separately, a power outage struck a town near the capital, Moscow. Authorities did not immediately link the electricity failure to the reported drone activity.
The claims come amid ongoing conflict in Ukraine. Kyiv has not commented on the reported incidents.
