JFK Granddaughter, Environmental Journalist Tatiana Schlossberg, Dies at 35

Tatiana Schlossberg, an environmental journalist and granddaughter of former U.S. President John F. Kennedy, has died. She was 35. Her family announced her death from cancer on Tuesday. The news was shared in a statement on the John F. Kennedy Library Foundation's Instagram account. "Our beautiful Tatiana passed away this morning," the family wrote. "She will always be in our hearts." Schlossberg was a science and climate reporter for The New York Times. She wrote openly about her diagnosis with acute myeloid leukaemia, a type of blood cancer, in a personal essay. She was the daughter of Caroline Kennedy, the U.S. ambassador to Australia and President Kennedy's only surviving child.
