New EHRC Chair to Critics: "Judge Me on What I Do"

The new leader of Britain’s Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) has responded to critics of her appointment. Dr. Mary-Ann Stephenson says they should judge her by her actions. She made the statement in one of her first interviews. Stephenson started her role in December. Her appointment happened after the UK government overruled objections.
