President Bola Tinubu says a major new deal to fund a coastal highway proves investors are gaining faith in Nigeria.
The agreement provides $1.26 billion to build a section of the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway. Tinubu stated this financing is a direct sign of rising investor confidence.
He linked this confidence to Nigeria's ongoing economic reforms and its infrastructure sector. The project is one of Africa's largest current road construction plans.
