A famous chef's pumpkin fondue recipe is the ideal centerpiece for your New Year's Eve celebration.
The dish was inspired by chef Anthony Bourdain, who enjoyed a version in France on his show *Parts Unknown*. Food writer Meera Sodha has created her own adaptation.
To make it, a pumpkin is filled with a molten cheese mixture. Guests can spread it on bruschetta and add pickles. It can also serve as a main meal with salad and bread.
Sodha describes the fondue as a "decadent, cheesy centrepiece" meant for comfort and joy. She offers it as a final recipe to end the year.
