A major football talent search is launching across Africa. Smartphone brand TECNO and the Confederation of African Football (CAF) have expanded their "Dream On The Field" project.
The partnership began as a program to renovate local football pitches. It is now a full youth development platform called "Future Star of Africa."
The initiative will find and support promising players between 12 and 15 years old. Selected talents will receive long-term development opportunities. The goal is to build a stronger foundation for African football's future.
The "Future Star of Africa" program will run in multiple nations. CAF and TECNO state this move shows a deeper commitment to growing the sport at the grassroots level.
