Officials have released new details about a deadly explosion at a Pennsylvania nursing home. The blast occurred on Tuesday.
One resident and one employee were killed. Twenty other people were injured.
The cause of the explosion is under investigation. Emergency crews responded to the scene in South Whitehall Township, near Allentown.
