Black Box Recovered in Libya Army Chief's Fatal Turkey Crash

Turkish authorities have recovered the flight data and cockpit voice recorders from a military plane that crashed, killing three people. The deceased include the Libyan Army's Chief of Staff, General Abdul Rauf al-Ghaiti. The aircraft went down shortly after takeoff from a base near Istanbul. Turkey's Interior Minister, Ali Yerlikaya, announced the recovery. He stated the examination process for the devices, commonly called "black boxes," has now begun. The investigation will use data from the recorders to determine the cause of the crash.
