AgiBot, a leading Chinese robotics startup, has announced an ambitious target to sell 5,000 humanoid robots next year. The company aims to generate over 1 billion yuan (US$142 million) in revenue from these sales.
The goals were confirmed by AgiBot's chairman and CEO, Deng Taihua. He stated the company expects to maintain "multi-fold" growth.
This move signals a major acceleration in the humanoid robot industry. Companies are now pushing for widespread commercial use and large-scale manufacturing of these advanced machines.
