The Syrian Defense Ministry says its military has stopped targeting positions of the U.S.-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in Aleppo.
The ministry's media department announced the order on Sunday. It stated the decision came after several SDF "fire sources" were "neutralized."
