Hundreds gathered in Manchester on Monday for the funeral of Gary "Mani" Mounfield, the charismatic bassist for the iconic band The Stone Roses.
Mourners packed both the Manchester Cathedral and the streets outside. The service united legends from music and football.
Music stars in attendance included former bandmate and singer Ian Brown, Liam Gallagher, Paul Weller, and Peter Hook. Football icons David Beckham and Gary Neville also paid their respects.
In a tribute, Ian Brown remembered Mani as a "true musical comrade" and "always a beautiful soul and spirit."
