The U.S. Department of Justice has removed at least 15 documents about Jeffrey Epstein from its public website. These records were previously available.
Officials stated the removal is part of an ongoing review. They said they are redacting, or editing, the materials to protect the privacy of victims linked to the case. The process may lead to more documents being taken down.
The agency indicated additional files could be released later. They will first undergo edits to hide names and personal details of victims.
