Russia Strikes Ukraine's Power Grid as Winter Nears

Russia has launched attacks on power and heating systems across Ukraine as winter approaches. The strikes cut electricity to more than 600,000 people in the Dnipropetrovsk region, according to local officials. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says the attacks are meant to pressure Ukraine before any talks. Kyiv accuses Moscow of using diplomacy as another way to attack the country.
