Australia held a national Day of Reflection on Sunday, one week after a deadly shooting at a Jewish festival on Bondi Beach. Crowds gathered at a waterfront memorial. Thirteen people remain in hospital. A father and son carried out the attack. The son had been previously flagged to authorities for possible radicalization.
