PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV (PTPN IV PalmCo), Indonesia's state-owned palm oil company, is expanding direct crude palm oil (CPO) exports while reducing production costs, the company announced.
The move aims to strengthen the company's position in the global palm oil market. By exporting CPO directly, PTPN IV can capture more value from its products instead of relying on intermediaries.
The company is also cutting production costs to improve efficiency and competitiveness. These measures are expected to boost profit margins and support Indonesia's position as the world's largest palm oil producer.
