At least 40 people died in a Russian attack on a Ukrainian village on Monday, according to Kyiv. About 30 more may still be trapped under the rubble.
Ukraine says bodycam video shows the attack was a "double-tap" strike: Russia hit the village, then struck again as rescuers arrived.
