Three Russian oil refineries have been struck since Friday. The facilities are in Kstovo, Novokuibyshevsk, and Ufa. Together, they process tens of millions of tons of crude oil each year.
The three plants handle about 10% of Russia's total refining capacity. They also account for more than 10% of the country's diesel production.
The latest fire broke out at the largest of the three refineries. The damage adds pressure on Russia's fuel supplies.
