Flavio Bolsonaro, a Brazilian senator and defeated presidential candidate, arrived in Miami, Florida, on Wednesday with his immediate family. The trip came after he refused to surrender his passports, as ordered by Brazil's Supreme Court, in connection with a money-laundering investigation.
The US State Department announced on Tuesday that it had granted entry visas to the senator and his family.
