SpaceX restored full satellite service to Ukraine on Saturday morning, ending a 10-day disruption. Company owner Elon Musk said SpaceX had simply enforced its contract terms.
Musk had earlier stated that the US government decides such limits. On Saturday, he wrote that his company had closed a gap he says Ukrainian troops used for drone strikes.
