Musk admits throttling Ukraine’s Starlink, service restored

Elon Musk said on Saturday that SpaceX had slowed Starlink satellite internet speeds in Ukraine. The slowdown disrupted operations Ukraine relies on to defend itself against Russia. Musk's admission on social media followed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's statement that Ukraine's access to Starlink and Starshield satellite links has been restored. Speeds are back to levels before restrictions that disrupted frontline operations for more than a week. Questions have persisted since the restrictions began.
