Yemen's Houthi group said it launched missile and drone attacks on airports and oil facilities across Saudi Arabia on Sunday. The group described the strikes as retaliation for Saudi airstrikes on Yemen. The Saudi-led coalition said it intercepted two ballistic missiles during the attacks. There were no immediate reports of damage or casualties. The Houthis, who control large parts of northern Yemen, have repeatedly targeted Saudi infrastructure since the coalition intervened in Yemen's civil war in 2015. The conflict has killed tens of thousands of people and pushed Yemen to the brink of famine.
