Turkey's Justice and Development Party (AKP) has formally submitted a major report on constitutional amendments to the parliament.
The report was presented to the office of the Parliament Speaker by AKP Deputy Chairman Abdulhamit Gül.
Gül stated the document is the result of intensive work and contains proposals across 15 main topics. The comprehensive report is 60 pages long.
