Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Ukraine supports a U.S. proposal to hold three-way talks with Russia as soon as possible. Three-way talks mean negotiations involving Ukraine, Russia, and the United States. "The agenda is clear: to end the war, bring peace closer, and prepare everything for a meeting at the level of leaders," Zelenskyy said. He added that final dates for the talks are not yet set.
