Milei: Lula a "Thief," Warns Against "Stealing" Brazil Election

Argentine President Javier Milei renewed his attack on Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva on Tuesday, calling him a "leftist thief" and accusing him of running a "dirty campaign." Milei said he hopes Lula will not try to "steal" Sunday's presidential runoff, where Lula faces Senator Flávio Bolsonaro — a candidate Milei has publicly endorsed. It is not the first time Milei has used the word "thief" for Lula; on October 7 he posted an image of the Brazilian president with that label on Instagram.
