The second hearing of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IBB) case resumed on its 34th day in Turkey. The trial involves 436 defendants, 53 of whom are in jail.
Among the jailed defendants is Ekrem İmamoğlu, the Mayor of Istanbul and a presidential candidate for the New Party.
