Turkey's Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) has taken control of 10 television channels in the past 20 months. The latest is Halk TV, which was placed under TMSF management less than a year after the same fate befell TELE1.
One name stands out across the separate investigations: İbrahim Paşalı.
