Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Monday that Russia will not agree to stop attacking energy targets. His statement came after US President Donald Trump announced a deal between the two warring nations.
"It is increasingly evident that Russia is unwilling to accept an energy ceasefire proposed by the United States," Zelensky said on social media.
An energy ceasefire is an agreement to stop military strikes on power plants and other energy infrastructure.
