British Prime Minister Andy Burnham said on Monday that Iran's Revolutionary Guards were responsible for a terror-related incident in September at Fairford air base in England. The base is used by the United States military.
Iran denied the accusation. After the denial, the British Foreign Office summoned Iran's ambassador for talks.
