Former US Ambassador to Ukraine William Taylor says President Donald Trump’s Russian diesel agreement could give Moscow more money to continue its war in Ukraine. He also warns it could weaken economic sanctions. Taylor, now a distinguished fellow at the Atlantic Council’s Eurasia Center, spoke to Bloomberg This Weekend with hosts David Gura and Christina Ruffini. He says European allies are increasing their support for Kyiv. He argues Ukraine needs greater access to military technology, including Starlink connectivity, to target Russian missile launchers.
