India election chief under fire as protests grow

India's opposition alliance plans more protests after police detained demonstrating lawmakers for a second time. The lawmakers were held during demonstrations against the country's election commissioner, who the opposition accuses of bias. Separately, India is working to bring home its citizens who have been working in the Russian military.
