The Workers' Party of Turkey (TİP) says a major financial fraud could not have happened without the knowledge of public institutions.
"Now they say, 'We just discovered it, there were rotten people among us,'" the party said. "To the entire bureaucratic and economic leadership, one thing can be said clearly: You were all there."
