South Korean President Lee Jae Myung has ordered a thorough investigation into a landmine explosion in the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ), the heavily guarded border between North and South Korea.
Lee said Seoul will take "necessary measures" based on what the investigation finds. He did not say what those measures might be.
The DMZ is one of the most heavily mined borders in the world.
