Ukrainian drone strikes hit Moscow on Sunday, killing at least two people and striking an oil refinery. It was one of the largest attacks on the Russian capital since the war began.
The strikes came as Russia held a parliamentary election.
In Ukraine, at least four people were killed in Russian strikes on the Kyiv region, officials said.
