Beacon Software buys Haize Labs to bring AI to the real economy

Beacon Software, the first centralized AI holding company, announced today that it has acquired Haize Labs.
The company says the deal will help it build AI tools for the "real economy" — the parts of the economy that make and move physical goods, such as manufacturing, logistics, and agriculture, rather than finance or software alone.
Beacon did not disclose the price of the acquisition.
Founded as a holding company, Beacon buys and centralizes AI businesses under one structure. Haize Labs is its latest purchase.
