Russia struck Kyiv's water infrastructure on Tuesday. Air defenses failed to intercept any of the missiles, officials said.
The attack is part of a growing campaign that officials warn could make winter much harder for civilians.
Russia also hit residential areas in Odesa and Zaporizhzhia. Civilians were injured. Homes and other civilian infrastructure were damaged.
