US accused of war crimes in Iran school strikes

A United Nations-backed fact-finding mission says there are reasonable grounds to believe the United States carried out military strikes on a school and a sports facility in Iran.
The mission announced its findings on Monday. It did not say when the strikes took place or how many people were affected.
Under international law, attacks on schools and sports facilities may count as war crimes if they target civilians or civilian sites.
The United States has not yet responded to the accusation.
