Finland approved a €290 million military aid package for Ukraine on Thursday. It is Finland's second-largest defense package for the country.
The package includes military equipment that Ukraine requested urgently, according to the Finnish government.
The aid comes as Ukraine prepares for another winter of Russian attacks on its cities and critical infrastructure.
