The president of the European Commission said recent incidents in Denmark and Lithuania are "not isolated."
NATO jets shot down a drone over Lithuania that was "probably from Russia," according to officials. In a separate incident, a Russian warship fired flares at a Danish helicopter.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha responded to the Denmark incident. He declared Kyiv's "full support" after what he called "unacceptable actions targeting a Danish helicopter."
"Moscow continues its attempts to destabilise Europe, not just Denmark," Sybiha said. He called for joint and decisive action and said Ukraine is ready to help strengthen Europe's protection from Russian threats.
