With over 6 million votes counted, Sweden's opposition bloc leads by just three seats in parliament. The result remains uncertain.
The Liberal Party has passed the threshold to enter parliament, according to projections.
"This election result could lead to a complicated government formation," said Ulf Kristersson, leader of the Moderate Party.
