The Falkland Islands Legislative Assembly has approved a £40,000 donation to the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC). The money will support emergency relief for floods that devastated northern Nepal.
The flash flood struck on August 26. It destroyed homes, roads, and bridges, and cut off entire communities.
