Putin: West will do anything to keep power

Russian President Vladimir Putin said the West is trying to hold on to global leadership "by any means necessary." Speaking at a BRICS Business Forum in India, Putin said the competition has taken on "unsavory" forms. He pointed to efforts to block international transport corridors as one example. BRICS is a group of major emerging economies: Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa. The forum brings together business and political leaders from these countries. Putin did not name specific countries or describe the blocked corridors in detail.
