BRUSSELS. Sweden's ruling Tidö parties have cut income tax for Swedes living abroad. The opposition Red-Greens want to make it easier for returning Swedes to bring their families. All parties now agree the state should control digital ID systems. This year, political parties are targeting Swedes living outside the country more directly than ever before.
