Interior Minister Alexander Dobrindt has announced plans to strengthen Germany’s defenses against drone attacks, citing a growing threat from hybrid warfare. The goal is to better protect sensitive areas such as airports and train stations. Under the new plans, select private companies would also be allowed to take active measures against hostile drones.
