Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will travel to Bishkek on Tuesday to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit. He is scheduled to speak at the expanded-format session of the meeting.
The Turkish leader will also hold bilateral talks with other heads of state on the sidelines of the event. The SCO is a political and security alliance that includes China, Russia, and several Central Asian nations.
