Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is holding high-level talks in Berlin on Sunday. The meeting focuses on plans to end Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
A key participant is the US Special Representative for Ukraine’s Economic Recovery, Penny Pritzker. European officials are also attending. Russia was not invited to the discussions.
