Sudan’s UN Envoy: Eastern Libya, Chad, Ethiopia Arm RSF Militia

Sudan’s UN ambassador told the Security Council on Monday that a UN panel has documented how eastern Libya has become a key supply hub for the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia. Ambassador Al-Harith Idris said the panel’s evidence shows the renovation and expansion of Kufra Airport, along with a sharp rise in cargo flights, matching the militia’s growing military strength. He also named Chad and Ethiopia as additional supply routes for the RSF.
