Rescuers are digging through the rubble of a destroyed shopping mall in central Ukraine on Saturday, searching for four people still missing after a Russian missile strike. The attack on Friday killed at least 16 people and wounded 130 others, including several children.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky condemned the assault as "despicable," vowing that Russia will be held accountable for the strike. Emergency crews are working through the debris in an effort to locate any remaining survivors.
The death toll is expected to rise as search operations continue.
