Fires broke out at three major targets in Russia and occupied Crimea on [DAY], as Ukraine launched coordinated drone strikes on a key refinery, a Black Sea oil terminal, and an electrical substation.
The attack on the substation caused a widespread blackout across occupied Crimea, halting electric transport in several cities.
The refinery and oil terminal, both critical to Russian fuel supply, were set ablaze in the same operation. All three fires were confirmed at the respective sites.
