Ukraine Strikes Three Russian Oil Sites, Blackout Hits Crimea

Fires broke out at three major targets in Russia and occupied Crimea on [DAY], as Ukraine launched coordinated drone strikes on a key refinery, a Black Sea oil terminal, and an electrical substation.
