Civil Defense teams in Gaza have recovered the remains of 21 Palestinians from two homes destroyed by Israeli airstrikes. The rescue workers have now begun searching beneath a third collapsed house in Gaza City, where they believe at least 40 more people are still trapped.
The two residential buildings were leveled in recent attacks, leaving families buried under concrete and debris. According to local emergency officials, the recovery operation is slow and dangerous due to the unstable structures and limited heavy equipment.
The search for the missing 40 individuals is ongoing. Civil Defense units are using hand tools and excavation machinery, but the scale of the destruction is overwhelming their capacity. No official statement from the Israeli military regarding these specific locations has been released yet.
